My goal is  to empower and educate the athlete in the latest evidenced based nutrition principles. Too often we hear of symptoms of under fueling, GI distress during training, confusion over what to eat and how to structure meals around a busy training and work balance. There is so much conflicting information out there so we decided it was time to help you make sense of it all.

The program –  The methods used come from latest science in performance nutrition. and working with national and recreational athletes. 

Each program is customized for the athlete and their goals.

I believe that movement, through SPORT, yoga,  pilates or paddleboarding is the foundation for a healthy and balanced life.
